Heat strengthened glass is made by evenly heating flat glass to approximately 620°C.The ceramic roller transmits glass at a stable speed to ensure an even temperature and optical performance.Heat strengthened glass with similar production process to that of tempered glass except for a longer cooling time.

2:Heat strengthened glass has the same features of ordinary annealed glass as hardness,elongation and resistance to etching.

4:Compared to tempered glass,heat strengthened glass is not easy to broken spontaneously.

2:What the your final glass packaging ? Are they safe ?
A:Seaworthy strong  plywood crates with paper interlayer  paper. The crates will be very strong for loading.And we make packaging as your requirements,before delivery we will send the loading pictures for you checking. 
 
3: What is your payment term ?
A:Our payment term is T/T 30% deposit,70% balance after get the copy of B/L .L/C at sight available for regular clients.
But If order quantity is less, we only accept TT 100%. 


4:What is your minimum order quantity?
A:The MOQ is 1X20 feet container (20-27Tons).
