Product Description

Tempered glass/Toughened glass is the normal glass which heated near to softening point,then make it cooling rapidly and quickly with the wind,which made internal molecular structure changed,therefore form surface strong pressure stress,increased several times glass mechanical strength.The toughened glass surface pressure stress is above 90MPa,the impact applied to the glass will be overcome by the compressional stress on the surface to assure safety of use.

2.No tong marks on the glass, as we adopts the horizontally tempering process
3.Safety:If breakage occurs the glass breaks up into small, cubical fragments, which are not threating to human.
4.4-5 times stronger than annealed glass of the same thickness.
5.Thermal Stability: heat resisting impact strength is 3 times than normal glass, can withstands temperature changes of 300ºC.

2:What the your final glass packaging ? Are they safe ?
A:Seaworthy strong  plywood crates with paper interlayer  paper. The crates will be very strong for loading.And we make packaging as your requirements,before delivery we will send the loading pictures for you checking. 
 
3: What is your payment term ?
A:Our payment term is T/T 30% deposit,70% balance after get the copy of B/L .L/C at sight available for regular clients.
But If order quantity is less, we only accept TT 100%. 


4:What is your minimum order quantity?
A:The MOQ is 1X20 feet container (20-27Tons).
